Surveillance Done Right

This is why we are the best in Indianapolis.

High-end video surveillance has been Hoosier Security’s core competency since the founding of our company. Building custom CCTV systems are what we do best.

Our process starts with the identification of the  client’s  problem areas. Step one is listening. We work with our clients to find their problems and solve them. We can only do this is we listen, our approach is truly consultative, and requires that our consultants use their TWO ears and ONE mouth. Our second step is designing a system that solves those problems and providing the client with full documentation.

Our proposals are frequently over 10 pages long and include 3D renderings of camera angles and real sample images from other installations, not just a bunch of camera part numbers and a price. Installing that camera system in a way that meets or exceeds the technical, aesthetic and usability requirements defined in the design and discussions results in a system that performs exactly as promised and with a transparent design process that includes the client’s input in all stages. From the technology to the camera views and the budget constraints are all considered in this process. We finish up our process with comprehensive training and after the sale service. We set up remote viewing on computers and smartphones, we interface with the IT company or IT department to ensure networking is done properly and results in a reliable remote viewing of the camera system, and we continually tweak motion detection to ensure that the system records as intended. Surveillance is what we do better than anyone else in the Indianapolis area, period.  Our problem-solving sales process has been honed by decades of collective experience in the video surveillance market to ensure that Hoosier Security remains the best in Indianapolis.

We have several tools at our disposal that help Hoosier Security provide more value in our proposal than most Security companies provide in their whole installation.

* We are a true independent security systems provider, by design. We hold no manufacturer agreements that require exclusivity,  so we always propose the equipment that is right for the client, from whichever manufacturer happens to provide it best.

* We know all the technologies, not just one. We are equally comfortable with a high-quality analog system as we are with enterprise level VMS software and broadcast quality HD video or multi-building wireless bridging, IP cameras, and broadcast quality HD surveillance, and we are intimately familiar with the benefits, drawbacks, and costs associated with each. This allows us to marry quality with budget, and provide the best fitting technology for any security camera project.

* We only sell equipment that has proven itself. Our 3 year parts and labor warranty is one of a kind, and is backed by Hoosier Security, regardless of the manufacturers warranty, and it applies whether you purchase a service agreement or not.

* Our design software allows us to use 3D rendering and Google maps to provide not just an aerial  view of your  camera angles,  but also mathematically accurate renderings of the proposed final product and how it will affect your company network and bandwidth. This way, you know that the camera system we are proposing is exactly the one you are buying.

* We solve problems. Our approach puts the technology second, and the client’s concerns and needs first. Any regulatory requirements are fully considered as well as ease of use and budget. The right solution includes all of these factors, not just camera resolution.

Because of our approach, our potential clients have the information they need at their fingertips to make an informed decision regardless of the size of the project, or how many vendors are pursuing the business. Quite simply, nobody else in Indianapolis puts in the time and effort to get the job right than Hoosier Security. Give us a call at 317-644-0570 or click the button below.
